Located on the second floor of the Moe Moe Funtime Haven cafe, Club Penguin is a lounge and study hall, designed specifically for schoolkids of all ages to hang out, work on homework, and just chill. There are extensive shelves with plenty of reference reading (mostly by donation, with the result that most of the material is currently for high school, but that can and will change over time) and tables for studying and working. There is also a desk with a computer and printer for typing papers. Additional seating is located around a large fountain in the center—big enough to splash around in, but that is definitely not advertised as something you should do. (Do it anyway.)

In addition, there are beanbags shaped like sharks and a TV, a pool table, a raised platform with an open microphone for speech practice, poetry readings, and on weekends, karaoke. Throughout the week live music and other performers will be hired to put on shows at various times. If you have a character who would be interested in performing on a regular basis, feel free to fill out the form below. Staff consist of baristas, waiters, and tutors to help with all your homework and study needs! Uniforms are penguin tuxedos of course, which both men and women will wear, with variants in suit vest or jacket flavors, tie or bow-tie optional in black, yellow, or blue. Any employees of Moe Moe who do work upstairs in Club Penguin may wear their usual downstairs uniforms. Tutors will wear uniforms, but performers don't have to.

There is also a small coffee bar, with pretty much anything Starbucks would have in it available: coffee, tea, hot chocolate; pastries and other small baked goods; and as a special Club Penguin feature—cute mini bento boxes featuring food shaped like sea creatures! ♥ Club Penguin and Moe Moe share clientele and a menu, so most food orders and the like are encouraged to be taken downstairs (or brought up from downstairs, your choice)!
